Fermentation & Venification.	Following skin contact in cold for a few hours, vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks., The wine then remains in contact with its primary lees for a few months, gaining in body and structure.
Tasting Notes	Crystal clearrosé colour with aromas of wild fruits and citrus blossom. It creates a vibrant mouth-feel, with a dense body and a refreshing acidity. A balanced wine with a striking freshness.
Food Pairing	Paired with dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, refreshing salads, sushi, fish as well as pasta with seafood or sauces.
