A small-sized cheese, but with great qualitative value. A soft and soluble pecorino cheese with tiny, well-distributed holes. It has a unique flavour that combines, in perfect balance, flavour and sweetness.
Cylindrical shape of approximately 11 cm in diameter. The heel is straight, the rind is smooth and regular.
In the cell for at least 10-15 days before being sent for sale.
